Enquiry information may be accessed by authorised members of our team and service providers supporting our website, hosting and email systems. As Jifri & Partners operates between the UK and Saudi Arabia, information may be accessed or processed in either country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards under UK data-protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum.

Retention and rights

We retain enquiry information for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed, unless a longer period is required for legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information where applicable. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
